Exciting News: New iPhone SE 4 in the Early 2025
Apple enthusiasts, rejoice! The new iPhone SE model, with the model number of the latest iPhone SE 4, is expected to launch at the beginning of the year 2025. The information provided here comes from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, as presented in his latest report. As it stands, the iPhone SE 4 is the direct upgrade to the iPhone SE 2022, or even the iPhone SE 3, but with redesign.
Earlier iPhone SE models came based on the iPhone 8 design, but the iPhone SE 4 will introduce new design solutions. According to Gurman, the design will be based on the iPhone 14 but the idea that it may be designed in line with the iPhone 16 is actually wrong. This implies the hardware, drawn from iPhone 8, will undergo all round updates. The physical home button will be gone, along with the massive bezels; in their place, a significantly larger screen will be incorporated.
The layouts are relatively inexpensive for a site with a very fresh, new look.
This iPhone SE 4 will be released at a suitable price in the range of $500. If Apple can achieve this price, the iPhone SE 4 could become a ‘hot selling product, especially as the device will borrow some elements from the iPhone 14 such as a display notch. However, the new iPhone SE is expected to have only one rear camera, as the previous versions of the SE did which is perfect because it keeps the cost down.

Gurman also suggests that the new iPhone SE will feature Apple Intelligence making the phone more attractive. That is a new lineup of iPhones within development alongside the iPhone SE 4, this includes: the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the slim iPhone 17 also known as iPhone 17 Air. For instance, it is widely believed that the ‘Plus’ model is nearing the end of production.
